A lot of quick, well placed strikes that are fairly easy to pull off. She'd have an ice/fire theme.

Otis would be totally swinging his weight around with giant like axes and gauntlet knifes like ninja claws.
Then Carl would be his straight and true boxing self. Never retreat. Never surrender. Not until the bell sound rings.
He would utilize his own forceful holograms into attacks which would give him, much more combo potential as they would follow him around in a ghost-like trail for about 7 seconds. Plus he would be able to use an ability to sacrifice 35% of his HP to double his stats. For the rest of the round, His defense would be the highest and he would be able to "eat-through" an attack with his superarmor.
Without using the "over-drive" ability he would be a good mix of power and defense with the ability to hold and lock his foes down.
Probably would wind up either medium high because of his movement or low tier because low damage on his buttons.
I've thought about it a lot, I might make a game with my character as the main boss.
Probably more acrobatic, based around many simpler and smaller combos, and having somewhat light-hitting attacks, but would be very good at dodging or moving around the place.
He'd probably have brass knuckles or a stick or something he could think he'd look cool with.
Probably still humble in victory, but shows off before and during battle.

Other note for that? Basic style would be similar to Ken from Street Fighter. Fast and flashy.
Closing gaps fast, quite agressive with medicore punches/kicks and staggering Combos.
Easygoing but quite cocky towards his opponent to stress them out and annoy them, provoking reckless attacks.
Mostly kicks and can close distance between herself and her opponent quickly, but her stronger attacks would probably leave her open and vulnerable to counters.
Windy, on the other hand, would probably be a veritable tank.
big and strong, long range, can take and give damage, but he's slow and would have to wait for opponents to come to him.
I imagine chigui would work somewhere with a mix of Aoko Aozaki's(Melty Blood) mighty punches, using her magic to make her punches and kicks stronger sometimes. With some weird shit like nero(melty blood), Aracune(Blaz Blue) or venom(mvc2). The weird shit would be her eldritch horror shayayithun. Maybe for a ultra or a finisher she'd actually use her sword.

Anyway, currently I only have NSFW variations of my characters, so first of all... I'd clean them up, of course, then include them as fighters. For my scientist skunk, Jessabelle, I'd think she'd fight similarly to Valentine from Skullgirls where she uses different equipment from her lab to attack the opponent. Complete with syringe projectiles. Though, since she spends most of her time in a lab and thus, isn't too active nor does she work out all that much, she'd be rather slow. She'd probably have a super that allows her to inject herself with different chemicals, one of which would increase her speed temporarily and one that would increase her strength for a short while.
For my fursona, he's currently in the middle of an overhaul, but he'd be a cabbit with... like... shadowy tendrils coming out of one of his arms and one of his legs that he uses to attack. He could wrap them around the opponent and squeeze the life out of them. He could probably even use them like Scorpion's spear throw and bring the opponent closer while stunning them for a few seconds. And if there are finishing moves/fatalities in the game, I'd imagine he'd shove the shadowy tendrils down the opponent's throat and expand them, causing the opponent to explode/rip from the inside out. He'd probably be a speedy character.
For my character, Cutey, he's a ninja, so he'd be a speedster and have the typical ninja attacks. However, he'd also be sort of clumsy due to not really being all that experienced as a ninja quite yet, so there'd probably be a bit of joke-character characteristics sprinkled on him. He'd probably also have a little bit of Ibuki crossed with Guy from Street Fighter mixed in, with maybe a little bit of Ryu Hyabusa from Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive tossed in for good measure.
Yes... I have thought about this a lot due to being a huge fan of fighting games. XD, I've always wanted to make my own, so I've thought a lot about different types of movesets and skills my own characters would have if they became fighting game characters.
World of Warcraft style: Would be a boss utilizes shockwaves, shields, and teleporting
