My Paypals Been hacked :<!!!!

Apparently at 8:10am someone decided to hack into my Paypal account and withdraw $298 from my paypal account through my bank!
They did this by somehow getting into my paypal and changing my password
they then proceeded to withdraw the money from my bank!
Now this all happened at 8:10am in the morning! It takes 3-5 business days for this transaction to follow through!
I was lucky enough to catch this error by checking my email and I was notified that my password has been changed (when I did not change my password in the first place!)
I managed to get into my paypal and change my password but, paypal has no way to cancel the money transaction, I also can not take any of my banking information off of it until the transaction is completed :<.
If this transfer goes through I will be out $298. Im too scared to leave my computer because I'm afraid the hacker will return! if anyone has any advice on what I should do next I'd appreciate it!

I just changed all of my passwords to everything involving my banks And Im calling my bank when they open later on today! I dont give a shit who this person is but if they think they can get into my account so easy they have another thing coming >:T!

Call paypal up on the phone and let them know. they work best when you call thrm.
