niconashadowwolf for 27 wonderful years! My worst feels have been realized. I had a sleep study last night to try to find out why my O2 levels drop at night. I just found out I have sleep apnea. I may have to sleep with a bipap machine on. Got a little taste of one last night and it was terrible. Will not be fun sleeping with one of those. Hopefully, I can just do with the straight O2 and not the mask. Will have to see what my doctor says.

If it's Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea (Which caused mine) surgery is the answer.
Either surgery or another viable solution will present itself shortly.

I've got a Cpap, I got used to it surprisingly quickly. It's a week of 'argh blargh what is this' and then 'Oh man, this is what sleep should be'.
