Mysteriously sick ?

For a week now I've been so weak and tender and achy coupled with a strange and painful lump found in my pelvis. Now I have pains throughout my lower abdominal area and stabbing pains in the left area. Now I'm bleeding.
BUT GUESS WHAT. I'M AMERICAN SO I HAVE NO INSURANCE YAYAYAYA
My insurance cancelled on me (Thanks Obama!) and so now I"m waiting for new insurance to kick in starting the 1st of the month. I'd go to the doctor, but...you know...then I'd be in debt up to my eyeballs. So I have to wait. But honestly I'm so tired and in pain every day I take ibuprofen just to function, which is totally not normal for me at all. I sleep a lot and it's not helping with the overall malaise and aches. It's like I have a bad cold with all the aches and weakness involved, but no fever/sniffles/etc???
It's honestly kinda awful. I'm basically non-functioning. I was able to go the museum one day and had a good day, but the next day I tried to go out and was so bone tired and achy that I just went home and slept forever. And TMI, I haven't been able to go to the bathroom really. I'm eating the same. I tend to eat pretty well (no processed foods, very little added sugar, vegetables + fruit + lean proteins) so it's not like I changed my diet. But I've been super backed up and when I do go I either have to PEE RIGHT FUCKING NOW and the cup almost runneth over or I'm struggling and putting in a lot of effort just to 'go'. IDK MAN.

All kidding aside, yeah I've given it thought. All my coworkers who have gone have assured me they were fine. We all got food poisoning one night (collective, but I ate very little and got the least of it compared to the people with us) in Djibouti, but I'm not sure. I'm worried it IS something "less first world" because lord knows I have zero immunity to anything that's over there versus over here (like apparently people build up immunity to malaria and other things to some extent over there? Makes sense to me).
I guess I'll just have to remember to bring up the whole Africa thing when I do go :'|
