Thanks. They come and go. Most of the time we don't even feel them, but now and then we get hit with a real hard one we can fee. It even lasted a bit longer than most we get.

you should try being in japan when it happens there isn't alot of room in a japanese home since they build up instead of out any ways when it starts to rumble most people head for the street incase something begins to collapse.

The center of the quake was in a section of the city called Lenex. Just a few miles from me. So we felt it hard over here. What most who don't live in California don't know outside of the main fault is that there are hundred and hundred small faults all over the place. We have a few of them under Los Angeles and that is what happen last night. One of them under that part of the city wanted to do its thing. It was just a 4.7 they are now saying. It was just a wake up call. One that gets our attention, but nothing major got damage. So we are alright here. *Hugs* Thanks for caring.

Yup! We really felt it here! Was a 4.7 according to local news. I was just about to run a dvd movie and then... *rumbles creak jerk shake* eeeeekk!

Only damage was my peace of mind, and a few minor objects fell over in my bookcase.

Hahaha...just about. I live in Los Angeles and Lenox is only a few miles from me. So yes, I could feel it good and hard here. I was looking at TV and on my computer when it hit. I was not worry for if it didn't take out the electricity, then all it wanted was our attention and it should got it. *Hugs* I was hoping you would be ok as well.
