Well, after an in depth conversation with my councilor, I have been positively diagnosed with PTSD (which I had pretty much guessed @ this point). While it was nice to have an outside view on a lot of this, I got more emotional than I expected to be & as a result am now really pretty tired. Thanks guys for your support & encouragement thus far, it's really helped me feel like I had somewhere to talk about this until I got some professional help & somewhere to go that was safe, among friends. Not worrying about who was going to see my posts or chastise me for being oversensitive. Now that I know for sure what I'm facing, it's time to work on it.
