Is FA glitching with scraps?

I have had three people tell me they never saw any notification about my recent sketch. Maybe that's why I never got any takers to my request for redlining it?

FA has been randomly dropping notifications for months if not years at this point.

I think we don't get scrap notifications and that's wht people tell, certain pic will be uploaded to their scraps after it's been submitted as a regular submission. Or who knows, but i can swear i never saw your sketch.

We're working on a new notification system to fix the issue, but if your scraps specifically don't seem to be sending out notifications can you drop me a note with them so we can try to analyze what may have happened?
