Random Zootopia observations (possible spoilers)

Yig-ped!
Things I've noticed on repeat viewings:
Of course Judy calls Nick "articulate"; compared to Gideon Grey, he's very articulate.
Not only does Nick go to Tundratown to make the pawpsicles, he goes to Sahara Square to melt the Jumbo Pop in the first place.
I love the shots where you can look above the buildings of Little Rodentia and see the huge skyscrapers of downtown Zootopia looming in the distance.
Emmitt Otterton has a Mousetercard.
I also love how the howling scene is funny, then dramatic, as Judy & Nick sneak along the bridge in the dark, stormy night, over the rushing waterfall, under the sustained howls of the timberwolves.
Clawhauser mentions he's being transferred downstairs "by the boiler". That's Bellwether's old office!
As a typical cartoon thing to help audiences relate better to the animal characters, they all have humanlike eyes. Except the sheep henchmen (henchrams?), who have *almost* humanlike eyes, with the pupils stretched out horizontally like an actual sheep's pupils. But only the henchrams; not Bellwether, and not Judy's lamb friends in the beginning scenes.

FA+

I guess it could be argued that only the hyper-concentrated form causes the syndrome, but still.
Also, I need to watch this movie again
When Emmit and the panther were dosed, their eyes went from regular to animal slits. Maybe the night howler is mutagenic, and long-term exposure or extremely high doses causes a physiological change.
A figurative bellwether is an indicator of the future, the leading edge of a trend, just as the sheep with the bell is the leading edge of the flock.
Assistant Mayor Bellwether is a sheep who is also a leader, so the name is appropriate. She is also among the first to act (although covertly) on a resentment against predator species, which many people also act on after Judy's press conference. In this way, she could also be seen as a figurative bellwether (perhaps a bit of a stretch).
Those eyes just gave me flashbacks to the game Catherine.
"Guns and Rodents"
"Vine and Tujunga" -- both streets in L.A. (though I don't think they actually intersect).
The button on Flash's printer has a little pawprint on it.
its message about prejudice is so... universal - like, it can be used to explain almost any kind of "us vs them" mentality to children - its looking to be rather timeless in this respect
a more common one I've seen is "prey animals are white, predators black" for the movie
but my point is that you can apply it to nearly any mixed group setting with potential for tension.
