For me, the large is MUCH easier to use, less wrist motion meaning less likelihood of repetitive stress injury (Which I got a LOT with my Medium Intous before I upgraded to my Large)

Ohh good to know; he had a severe wrist injury a few years ago which still affects him today so maybe the large one will help relieving the pain!!! I never would have thought of that actually!

Yeah, it encourages you to use your whole arm rather than just your wrist. :3 It REALLY helped me.

Hello!! I'm the awesome friend Sonic was talking about! I just got home from work and found the link in my skype when I logged on!

Yeah my Intuous 3 is on it's last leg right now.. it's the wire being frayed right where it connects to the tablet.. It's a 4x6 and I've had it for something like 9 years now, so we've been through so much and it's sad right when I've got lots of content to work on for my Youtube channel that it decides to finally start kicking the bucket :(

$300 isn't really a problem honestly, I've been actually saving to buy my friends Cintiq! :D I think it's a 22 as well, not sure. His was incredibly lightly used too. I personally know just how much use that thing got, or lack there of, and I'd really like to upgrade to that when I can.

I guess I had a couple of questions, as to the condition the tablet is it.. I know you said it's been used gently but @_@ I'd need to make sure that it'll work consistently when plugged in.. And also what's the size of it? Is large bigger than my 4x6? Heh, sorry for all of the questions @_@

Yes it will! It does work plugged in, I always have it plugged in myself. It did have the wireless kit installed, but the wireless kit wasn't worth it so that was removed.

The drawing surface is 12 x 8 or so. About the size of a piece of printer paper. So its a nice and natural size to work with.

Another nice thing about the Intous Pro is if the wire goes bad, it's not hard to order another one. The Intous has definitely been used, but I have babied it and treated it very well.

12x8 is pretty good! I'm just not sure if I should go ahead and do it or wait a bit longer for the Cintiq @_@ I'd hate to have you hold onto it for me or anything..

As for the Intous, my husband wants to make a little modification to it so the wire never gives it a problem again. He did that with my IntousPro Medium before I upgraded to the Large... and it worked REALLY amazingly well. The wire has always been Wacom's weakness (Or the connection TO the wire) xD

I see I see. My friend did something similar to mine the last time this was happeing. Short wire but he got it working perfectly again...

I think I am going to hold off for the Cintiq after all.. in the long run it'll be what I invest in anyway, and I also have a few other furnishings to buy as well anyway.. Sorry if you ended up holding it longer than you wanted, also my apologies again for my late replies! I hope the tablet does end up going to someone who will need it and give it plenty of use though!
