Not sure what the deal was, but I just didn't feel like checking FA for all the time between my last post and now. Weird...
Okay, school. Well, it's over. Pretty sure I failed Calc, mostly due to a late realization that doing homewerk at home just doesn't work anymore. -.- Assuming this doesn't cost me my finaid, I figure on retaking it next semestre, possibly alongside Stats. Far as I know I did decent in the rest of my classes, tho Philosophy has me chewing claws a little bit. I'll check soon.
Also, getting a massive fecking headcold the weekend before finals really blows. >.< And it's dragged on and on and on...though at this point it may have faded into a seasonal allergy; just took a Claritin-knockoff pill to see if that's the case. And I need to get a summer job, but I'm having a hard time motivating myself to go out and do it while this crap's still fooling around with me...
I borrowed Jay's copy of FFX2 and have been gorging on blitzball. :3 My team's pretty much the way I want it, 'cept that I keep trading my players to other teams so I can pump up their players and make the league more competitive! I'm currently most of the way through the Beasts (decided to start with them); with all but one of their Ds and their goalie buffed up (I currently have Deim, and they have a capped-out Buddy in her place), along with Vuroja, they're actually winning some games, even against the Psyches! I plan to do the Fangs next (KITTEHS!), then the Glories. then prolly the Aurochs unless the other two start getting trounced constantly.
Ever had a tournament game get called due to time? I did, against the Beasts - I was trying to lose to get the second-place prize, but I haven't buffed up their forwards yet, and Paine somehow managed to catch four consecutive shots from Vuroja (that's 21 SHT vs. 10 CAT), so there was no score for a total of thirty minutes, at which point it was ruled that the game must be called and replayed; the replay even went 36 seconds into overtime before Vuroja finally scored! x.x
