So people submit their work as a standard, you chose a handful and they work to a theme, then winners are chosen?

Well you just need to fill the form on my journal with providing examples to your work that you have done before, and since Pollo is my guest, she'll decide who'll participate in the contest. When she picks the artists, they'll be informed with the theme of the contest. And then she'll judge the entries and will place each entry to their respectivle places.

It'll depend on how many Pollo wants to choose, it can be 4 or more and the more artists, they'll be able to get money prizes.
