^.^ Yes and no.
My parents own 5 acres which has both their house and a cabin. The cabin was being used as a guest area/office/library. We can't afford to pay rent on an apartment because we have my school tuition, a new car payment, insurance for both of us, gas/food bills and also a $100 per month for a fursuit that I'm getting from DHC lol. Sooooo yeah, we are pretty much tapped out.
N E ways, my parents figure that it would be a great investment because we are pretty much giving our cabin a face lift plus some. :P
(New carpet, paint, light fixtures, wood flooring, new toilet, shower, tub and tiling.)
