probably wont be doing any streams for a while. I'll still be working on commissions, but likely not in long enough segments to bother setting up a stream. have a bunch of real life stuff to deal with unfortunately

one of our renters turned out to be hoarder and has been evicted because of it. unfortunately due to all the circumstances, we either have to pay a large sum of money to have the mess dealt with professionally, or we just grit our teeth and clean it ourselves. we're going with the latter, so its going to be a week or two, if not more, to clear out the mess so we can fix up the room for the next person to move in. a massive headache altogether

I'm sure it will, its just going to be a long and tedious process due to the amount of stuff the person had managed to pack away before we caught on

Yeah, most of the mess has been dealt with, now its just thoroughly cleaning the rest of the house as well as actually finishing the attic into living space. Everything is going along well, just time consuming and exhausting.
