Art Theif - Please Help Report

My attention was recently drawn to this Instagram user: https://www.instagram.com/furryandy/
I've been through and read all of Instagram's info on copyright infringement and this whole account is one big middle finger to the furry art community. Not only are they reposting art en mass without permission, they're removing artists watermarks and any indication to original character ownership like on one of my pieces.
I'm in the process of scrolling through this account and have been at it for over 10 minutes, there is just FAR too much art for me to contact or report everyone I recognise. I've found dozens of artists I personally watch and even more characters I know belong to these artists and my watchers. Artists include (typing from memory) Myself, Naira, TaniDAReal, Eskiworks, Lluin, Falvie, Blotch (both of them), Draggin_cat, Chibi-Marrow, Demicour, Jay-Naylor and heaps more. Characters owners I recognise include DannyDumal. KatanaRedWolf (multiple times), MojaveCoyote, Bronson-Twist, Chesta... and I'm still scrolling because I don't trust that I'm only in there once myself. These are only a few, there are heaps more I recognise but I don't know everyone's usernames off the top of my head.
I personally do not have the time to contact every artist or character owner OR report them all myself (there doesn't seem to be anything stopping you from reporting images on people's behalves if you see copyright infringement.) I ask that if you have the time search for your work, your characters or contact those you recognise. There are heaps of us so if we all take the time we may well just get the account taken down. Remember it's easier to report quietly and get things taken down than to verbally abuse this user. If you want to help please just do the official stuff, it's far more effective.
Thank you. And remember, Silvixen does NOT stand for people reposting her, or anyone else's artwork without permission if you are not a commissioner or character owner.
This is what makes it completely inexcusable. But they have SOOO much. How did they get so many and remove all the watermarks? It would take forever. I wonder if this is by more than one person or has it just been up a long time and no one noticed till recently?
In any case, I say report the Zootopia pictures to Disney so Disney gets the whole site taken down quickly as individual reporting seems to be going slow or is being ignored.
It also looks like a select few have noticed them doing it before judging by old comments on some of the art by the actual artists. So best I can figure is that this ha s been going on for a while , getting noticed on occasion but never to any real resolution to stop it.
The only thing I think has happened is people have told them to take work down rather than taking 2 minutes to report something.
As long as you have the evidence needed ie: original links and artist names, the legal process should be simple. I did it on DA all the time.
