What is different about the new shading technique you mentioned on Twitter the other day?

For soft shading I would make a layer and cover it with dark color, then add light to the spots light would hit. Using the multiply layer function it shows up as shading, but I wasn't pleased at how it made it dark or washed out.
So I figured out an additional overlay layer highlights the spots I want while keeping shadows I want. I'll fiddle with it more but yeah.

i never really started. I smoked a pipe a handful of time and a cigar maybe once a semester tops. Never had the habit it was just exaggerated as humor.

For all the things I like to do in suit I don't have a lot of really "weird" experiences. Generally when I suit it's pretty chill.

I think the weirdest thing is people actually trying to hand me infants, just blindly trusting me to hold their spawn. WTF

Depends on my mood. I like Alt rock, I like classical songs or stuff from the 20s remixed with techno. I've been really into folk rock recently.

The most important, managing procrastination. It's really easy to let slip just a bit, then you're playing catch up, then you're stressed a bit, then it's more draining, and now you want to procrastinate more.

The bigger things get easier when you start to schedule and stick to it.

I noticed you created an adult YCH the other day and I'm not used to the material from ya'! How long have you been drawing PG-13 and up for? How did the first time feel?

Forever curious about whether there's an "other half" on the topic of adult stuff in the community.

I mean I think i've been drawing adult stuff since I joined the fandom. I guess the difference is I don't find furry stuff really attractive. I can look at something and say "oh he's handsome" or something but it doesn't really turn me on.

I'm not against it by any means, it's just mostly been a practice in anatomy and expression outside of my wheelhouse for a while and I had no particular desires to draw adult stuff versus whatever joke or bit that I found funny at the time.

My first time drawing adult work, I didn't particularly feel anything about it. It was more like a puzzle of sorts to figure out the lay out. Figuring out anatomy and where things should go, versus being aware what people like to see highlighted and trying to get the right focus without making the bodies janky.

That's all I ever really feel for adult stuff, figuring out psychological appeal versus anatomy.

It's interesting in the furry fandom, you're either squeaky clean and never draw adult work or always drawing adult work, but for me, honestly I just have times now and then when I want to work with that particular subject matter, and then I do, and that's about it in terms of feeling.
