transporter and I are very excited! now to hope the inspection and everything turns out ok! but what's funny we put our offer in this morning got counter offered from some other person we ended up going listing price then after that someone put an offer in higher than ours so we thought we were going to lose it and backed out. But just a few minutes ago our Realtor just told us they ended up accepting our offer!! I was feeling so down! but this brightened up my night for sure! WE ARE SOON TO BE HOMEOWNERS!! AHHHH!!!!!
