I don't know how you do it. You should at least have a sign-up for how much to bring. I'd wind up carrying at least half of what I own if I didn't.

How much stuff to bring for the students? I generally overprepare. For Ft'M, I'll bring enough for at least 40-50 students, and likely get under 20. For Anime Boston, each class, I'll bring enough for 80-200 students per class, and seat between 60-120.

I am almost always prepared for overflow events (been there, done that!)

If you're asking about fees?
No class is over $10, some are as low as $4 or $5.

Why I don't post prices here? Regardless of what I submit to the con, I've had a LOT of panel coordinators change the prices on me.
Could be a typo, could be a mistake from previous years' notes, could be just an accident... but I happens a lot.

In the end, the price in the program guide is what I charge.
