If you're upset or depressed about something, talk with a friend or someone you trust. Very often, you'll find that talking it out will help you find the root cause of what's bothering you and why it bothers you so much. We have never really spoken before but I'll listen if you want to talk. I've been in that deep depressed state before so I know it's no fun and I can most likely relate to it
