Everyone, no matter the armor class, or with Rook's armor upgrade, dies to one headshot with any gun
Sound plays a huge part, even turning around when standing still makes noise
Mute (defense) stops EVERY gadget except Ash's remote detonation charge
Kapkan is a very good roamer
Don't play Tachanka, sorely needs a buff
Shotguns are instant kills at a close enough range

'Bout all those I knew by this point. The only one I didn't know at all was Mute's tip, I thought he was for the drones only.

Stick it up against walls, and sometimes corners, it'll stop Charges. The red circle is the range of it, but it's vertical range is about the middle of the room / chest height.
Glaz can fire through Castle's barricades and some windows (like the Air Force One plane ones) that others can't ever
If playing Defense, consider barricading yourself off for the drone duration-- then near the end, run back to your friends.

I was unaware you could play jammers on the walls, but I knew of the red circle.
Knew about Glaz's penetration value through Terrorist Hunt.
And that last one would probably be useful for sure.


Might want to add that I've been playing it for a while now, roughly sixteen hours.

Well, you can't place them on walls so to speak, but their range will protect a wall from breaching due to their height, and usually Fuze's cluster charge.

Oh, the first shot of any gun (shotguns aside) is 100% laser accuracy perfect, that too.
If, somehow, you as an attacker come across a Rook bag with any plates left, you can in fact take it for yourself

Unfortunately, Rook's bags are often dry. So that may be only useful every blue moon.

But yeah, most of what I need to work on right now is learn the maps and camera locations. And some combat tips may be useful as well.

Combat tip wise...hmm...Bodymass is generally the safest route. Headshots are deadly of course, but if you can't even damage them due to missing / their head in a tricky spot, you've wasted your own life, almost. It's good to damage an enemy first. If they don't know you're there, or you get the drop, then yes, headshots. But generally, if the enemy knows you're there, bodymass.

Try using the Nitro Cell (Mute has it, some others do too, only defnders I think) in an aggressive way. Throw it like a grenade, and detonate it when it lands, or in midair. You can get a LOT of cheeky kills this way, and I've won several matches with that trick.

Oh and melee is a instant kill if you somehow pull that off. Melee also stuns shield users so they can't do shit.
