Well you will need a PayPal account or some other easy way for people to pay you.

Maybe a price list of options, like Headshot, Thigh high, or Full body. With background or without. colors, shading, etc.

Also a list of what you will and will not draw really helps avoid awkward moments with customers.

Well, I have all of that. It's more like confusion on the presentation of the commissions. Like, do I make a picture with all the options? Or just a journal?

I think the best way would be to have a journal about it with links to examples.

I'm just starting up myself so I'm not 100% sure but that is the way I've seen most artists do it.

A journal is all you need, simply state what type of commissions you are offering. Sketch, Line art, Flat color, Full color. State the price of each type clearly so everyone knows. Also state the price of adding a background or extra character. A list of things that you are comfortable drawing. Some artist charge more for adult art. Some charge more for complex characters. Complex equals extra body parts or limbs or complicated color pattern. Examples of art in each style is great but not needed. Just a clear explanation is all that is needed. And don't forget a list of things you will not draw or don't feel comfortable drawing. I know a few artist who refuse to draw erotic or adult art. Adult being pornographic. I'll probably commission you in the future.
