April 15th Art Draw

So as my tweet said, I am doing free art raffles effective April 15th, I think I will do them on the 15th and 30th/last day of the month. Similar to how most people get paid, every original comment on my submissions or journals including this one count towards one entry into the draw. You can have as many entries as there are submissions, but only one comment per submission and journal count! Comments only count if they were on things submitted within the raffle period. I.e 1-14th and then 16th-29th/second to last day.
Good luck guys! The more comments there are the better the art will be!
Note: This is for watchers only! You must be following me a week prior to the start of the month to be entered into this draw. If you enter now however, you will be entered into the draw at the end of the month!
Tier System
☼ 1-5 comments = Simple Sketch
☼ 5-15 comments = Simple Lineart
☼ 15-25 comments = Flat Colour
☼ 25-50 comments = Shading + Background
☼ 75-100 comments = Two Tiers of Winners Choice
☼100+ comments = Ref Image
