Just a brainstorming session  Fakeman inspired me to do between commissions:
1. A lone camper frightened by nearby howls finds comfort when the apparently threatening creatures welcome him/her to their pack in a friendly way.
2. A usual return home after a long week of work turns out to be anything but when familiarity fades away along with the tired worker’s usual form into a wyvern’s abode, R&R is earned in another way.
3. A royal’s wish for strong heirs turns out awry when they are granted a gravid draconic form to achieve the goal.
4. A user of an experimental VR device is the first to encounter the corrupted Cobra Code.
5. The moon’s lingering presence has an interesting effect on a usually sunny town.
6. An abhorrent man made to walk the plank is greeted in the ocean by a pod of male dolphins who insure his life at a price.
7. A meeting at a coffee shop between a man unchanged and one changed brings up old memories, nostalgia, and the question of how it actually feels to be altered and whether it’s all worth it.
8. A diver finds a strange machine underwater that takes him to another, ancient aquatic time and adjusts him to it.
9. A lack of sleep leads a person out into the night and to nocturnal nightlife that solves his sleeping problems forevermore.
10. A magical shop’s owner goes missing, leading to an investigation by local police on an ensuing series of magical mishaps
11. A knight, his mount, the damsel, and dragon find their roles switched around due to a mischievous fairy.
12. A man and woman embedded into an alien hive for research purposes find themselves becoming necessary components to the hive’s hierarchy.
13. A person awakes already slightly transformed without any knowledge how or why. Their perspective suddenly shifts to another time before they were transformed, then to a time farther along, all the while trying to fight the changes but failing as he jumps from time to time until he is at the end of the change.
14. A captured agent hears a clock tick tock the time away, all the while changing into a female alligator for the waiting pit below.
15. A mage’s delving into the magic of shapeshifting costs them their form after their familiar “accidentally” misplaces some key components.
16. A war ends just as quickly as it begins due to a trickster god’s transformative intervention.
17. Thievery of form is an uncommon occurrence in the Aerot Valley, with those stolen from ending up much different than before
18. Kissing a frog doesn’t quite benefit either party as the composition between man and beast evens out between the two.
19. A barrel of spilled black and white latex transforms those touched into anthro latex orcas of opposite sex
20. A race of humanoid sharks reproduce through infective bites and more traditional means
21. An adventurer in a dark dungeon feels a gnawing on his mind that twists his body to something in the shadows he fears the most—a shadowy, reptilian form.
22. A salesman arrives in a city where the streets are empty and the ravens are numerous. He walks amongst the empty streets, ever aware of the birds’ oddly intelligent gaze.
23. An author’s obsession with a certain subject warps reality so that they unwittingly become their subject.
24. A warrior heading into battle buys a potion that is too strong for him, granting him draconic strength…and fertility.
25. Chaos runs amok at a convention center when an author’s fantasy world comes to life within, converting convention goers into creatures appropriate to the setting.

44. A scuba diver finds a disturbing tentacle idol that attracts eldritch attention to him and his dive partners.

47. Failing the finals is grounds for dismissal or volunteering to be part of Professor Erk’s experimentations in the hope to survive in a form that can continue schooling

52. It is rumored that the Elerian songbird’s song heard in the wild is how they procure suitable partners
53. Two lovers unwittingly find themselves drawn into a serpentine harem
54. The sounds of the oceans hypnotize and confuse a wayward warrior
55. Kobold alchemists innovate on a new way to spread their numbers
56. A druid interested in the mating habits of the bulette is forced to observe in a close contact role.
57. In a digital realm, a shift in form and gender can be the difference between a single digit, something a tormentor takes advantage of
58. Caught in a web, a victim is sure they are to be devoured but the wrappings instead promote new life

BONUS: How about a rabbit camper mistakenly bathing in a good old gender-change pool. You could say he washed the man right out of his hare. (Thanks, Xodiac)
