Hi,
That was a pretty funny April Fool's joke don't you think? I'm a master of humour as well as writing, practically a jokester of all kinds.
So, what's been happening to me since...December, which was the last time I actually posted one of these journals. Personally, I lost about 3kg, and I've been hitting the gym more and more recently. I'm becoming more and more like Aspen every day, except without the longer hair, horse-shaped thing and chin, hooves, and the tendency to be squished, crushed and sat on by much larger women. I'm also not seven foot tall. Well, I'm lifting more, so maybe that's good enough.
But Solid/Jimmy where are the stories? You haven't uploaded stories for this gallery for a good several months, and that's no good. Well, that is true, I haven't done any large, proper stories for a long time. But there is a reason! I have still been writing, partly for a very long, very detailed fic that has been done and is being edited. It's the longest fic I've ever done, you'll get to see it soon. And partly for the picfics that I do as well. Those are much shorter, and always are beneath the commissions that I get. Some good stuff goes there, and I use those for situation and character practise, a little personification and trial. It's all good practise, but c'mon, I'm so good I don't need practise any more. What with my ego and all, I cannot get any better.
On the topic of practise, I've gotten several notes in the past few weeks from people regarding my sheer talent, and whether I shall descend to rub my knowledgeful beard upon their cheek (I shave regularly) which with impart my accrued skills upon them. Fear not, those two people who noted me, as I am going to draft up a big ol' WRITING TUTORIAL that will become an upload in the future. My talent cannot be matched, but an imperfect copy is still good enough. For now, I shall say words, and you can deliberate on them:
