It's ben around long enough to work out most of the kinks. It's encrypted, got good cross platform features and you can easily add custom sticker thingies :)

Yeah. Usually I get notifications on my phone faster than notifications on my desktop! But notifications across devices are usually within a couple of seconds of each other.
