Mint Green Fur
Trying to find Mint Green fur has proven to be the biggest pain in the ass. I like designing characters around fur colours available to me so I don't have this problem...BUT ADOPTABLES!!! >:U There was a custom run for Mint Green fur on fursuit supplies but it dang all out >:\
I JUST WANT TO MAKE THIS GUY SO BADLY!!! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/19418606/
So I'm stuck with this nice dilemma of, do I wait to find the proper green needed for him (and lose my inspiration during that wait) or just attempt to make him with the lime green fur I have >:U I could get away with Lime green but having a softer pale green would be just....DANDY!!
P.S. Update on the Thomas the Tank Engine fursuit! It has been concluded that instead of arms, it'll have spinny wheels going up and down the body, and there will be smoke stack on the head that puffs out smoke via a vaperoizer or smth

I found these two styles!
I've been meaning to use shorter pile (luxury shag always looks ungroomed n shit) so I ordered a swatch from these guys just to check it out (Super expensive ;;;;;)
THank-you so much!!! <3
But omg I know, I prefer to use shorter pile or more "gorilla" and "monkey" style faux furs over luxury shag cause it always gets so bleh so fast!
BUT OF COURSE UR WELCOME <3
Gorilla usually has a slight waviness to it but it can be straightened with a blow dryer, or just brushed. I don't mind it, when it's brushed it's super fluffy looking! I love using it to give suits different textures or for fluffy tails!
AND SOFT, IT'S MUCH SOFTER it's more like....silk compared to luxury shag. Lux shag is plush and dense, this stuff is flowy, and soft, and silky. Also they don't have quite the underpile, so it's actually MUCH cooler to use in a fursuit, it breathes so much better. It's quite good if you need a longer fur but usually it's my first choice, even then I like to mix it with lux shag just to give suits different textures.
Mendels sells it under
Monkey: http://www.mendels.com/Lil-Monster.html
Gorilla: http://www.mendels.com/Party-Monster.html
And I prefer theirs to fabric.com. Theirs feels so much...softer??? Fabric.com's felt more rough, like it was lesser quality. Same goes for fabric's lux shag vs mendels punky muppet. But either way they are also cheaper the lux shag which is gr8.
And this ones kinda short https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/222.....-shag-faux-fur
And here's one that looks rather nice http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00.....amp;ref=plSrch
I wanted to sample the second link but they don't provide samples sizes ;; It looks super wavy in the shot but I wanna know if it could be straightened oTL
Thank-you so much again!! :D
Thank-you so much yo ;o;/
