As most of you know that I once been out solo suiting in public this one time in the Jets vs. Wanderers soccer match in my hometown. I been on omegle for FWO also as Umbreon. (basically just the new handpaws and head).
Well recently as I originally thinking about having CBRfur as my first ever time I get to meet with other furries IRL, I learned from a comment under some status in one of the Facebook furry sites of a Dutch Angel Dragon wanting to find out if there are any others of her species live in the same NSW. There are some other comments with some saying there is. Then I came across a comment someone saying
FurJam is on this year. I was exited as I do love fursuiting. I do get to do meet other fursuiters in person. So Chances are that FurJam would be my first legit furry meet I most likely attend and more closer to me then CBRfur, FurDU and Confergence are.
Those who don't know about CBRfur and FurJam they are furmeets that based in Australia. Like SBFM which is in Brisbane. Another one I want to got to some day. But Can't ATM because it's too far interstate to me. Same with CBRfur in Canberra. But FurJam is in Sydney which is the nearest furry event I know of to me which is thus cheapest for me to go if I go by train which most likely ATM takes around 2 and a half to 3 hours from Newcastle. That's longer compared to 2 whole hours by car. But more cheaper then that. But either way I'm happy it's confirmed that it's on this year by the organiser herself.
Now seeing that I will at most of the time be suiting as Umbreon in this meet in Sydney there are factors that are concerning me. The ideal station to get off at on the Newcastle - Sydney line, If there are suggestions of where to meet up for registering, If there are designated spots to change if any of is it just recommended if I wear the suit on the train. Which I don't mind but what concerns me is the chance of my parents would let Umbreon in the car with them only to take him to the local train station to get on the train to Sydney. I mean Umbreon as in me in this Pokémon costume.
