Survey species. The Treylh, The Vindicares and the Horrikan

This is a little something if you want better know my species.
There are a little story for approximately each of them, I'll do a second "meme" like that later but more precisely for my characters this time... when I'll have time, because the translation in english take many time for me.
Ah yes about that, I have butchered my text during the translation. I doubt that it looks like something now but, ahem...
SURVEY SPECIES :
N°1:
The Treylhs :

-Technological level: Rough, there are very evolve in certain area and suffers from terrible gap in the other category.
-Type of society: A kind of democratic society. But it is hard to conclude, as it seem experimental.
-Population: Estimate to 5 billion individue.
*Height: 1.70~1.80m
*Weight: 60~70Kg
*Karma alignment: good
*Current situation: The Treyhl are a young species but their population growth is spectacular.
--Desription:
The Treylhs descended from the Skyth, this is a subspecies who has mutate and evolve to adapt them from the living conditions of their new world.
Unlike their ancestors, the Treylhs seek a lifestyle based on principles of equality, they refuse slavery, the caste system and all others too authoritarian measures. However their way to evolve and the limits imposed by their anatomy and physiognomy are inconsistent with their desire for democracy and forced to delay their quest for a free system.
Their behavior is against nature, or rather against THEIR nature, because to evolve and survive, the Treylhs need to split their population sections in several caste, each having a specialization due to these physical constraints, it is impossible, that an individue assumes an autonomous life and completely free of choice.
But the Treylhs still happens to evolve an society based on fair and civilized principles.
The Treylhs have a population divided on several category;
The 1st age: These are the Treylhs who have the lowest longevity. Their body evolves and adapts to their environment has an exceptional speed, while their precocious sexual maturity allows them to renew the population, they transmit their genetic information to their larvae, which then allows an evolution in each generation. These characteristic allowing them to assume the survival of their species even in the most difficult circumstances such as epidemics.
Their larvae have 35% of the first age, 55% of second age and 10% of the third age.
The second age: They are sterile and result from the reproduction of the first ages, their longevity is significantly higher, they forms the majority of the Treylhs population.
The second ages are usually a notch more evolved than their genitor and contain their genetic information, but their anatomy does not evolve during their life.
They can be brittle in case of major change, too long winter, epidemics ect...
The third age: These are the rarest Treylhs, their longevity is outstanding and their body adapts to a higher speed than all of their peers. However they have a really late sexual maturity, they can only reproduce at the end of their lives.
During the mating procedure the male dies, the female will then give birth to only larvae of first age, that will contain all of its genetics information. a big forward step, who loop a step of their evolution.

-Population: Estimated at 5 billion individue.

*Weight: 80Kg
*Karma alignment: Neutre
*Current situation: Varies by community, some are wild and nomadic, others united and civilized.

Historically, Vindicares haven't not always been a nomadic people.
They lived once a time on their home world, with a sedentary lifestyle who concentrated the most of their population in large agglomerations, all united under the reign of a mighty empire, their loyal and docile nature towards their superiors allowed has their society a fast development without hitch.
Unfortunately, they failed to avoid an conflict against the Skyth, an very sufficient insectoid species, strong of an solid economy. Following a war of attrition they finally put the Vindicares back to the wall, weakened and with a lack of resources. They ended by withdraw, and were banished for ever from their own world.
This exile had the effect to fragment their society in a mutlitude of nomadic factions, when traveling from planet to planet without ever really settle.
Too wild to found an wide community and too worried to the idea of being again apprehend by their former enemy, they migrate, always in search of new resources to survive.
However, it was a day when the proclamation of a new emperor sounded as a rallying call to all Vindicare people.
Without hesitation the vast majority of them, joined this new emerging power for merge with her and lend an oath of fealty and servitude.
But this was not the case for all, with the time, this new lifestyle imposed by force of circumstances had quick done to evolve the Vindicare mentality, and some factions had learned to live to his exile, so, a renegade state was formed, claiming their independence, a new culture was born..
Besides, some Vindicare groups who was remain wild and wary about their congener, probably because of their isolation.
Restore the greatness of their empire going to take time.
If we observe them more closely. The Vindicares are tall creatures has reptilian appearance with a long and slender body that can reach up to 2m high.
Their skin is often red and white colors but also covered by many black spots, their eyes can be yellow, orange, green or red with vertical pupils and their head is extended on the sides by large growth that gives them an imposing genre.
The Vindicare have a cold personality, they are not always friendly but show a great constancy in their emotions, they do not like having too hasty judgments, take care to not say a word above the other and are always polite and respectful with their interlocutor, that this one be ally or enemy.
An typical characteristic thing is their way of always talking about them in the third person, they feel that this helps to better identify themselves and allows them to better locate their place in a community, conversely, the opinion that they have about themselves are what's more rough on a personal level.
Their behavior when they are angry are similar to that of a cat, they lean the head slightly forward and then, opening the mouth, unveiled their dentition, especially their canines, all this pushing some sort of vindictive whistle.
The position of a Vindicare in their hierarchy is not determined by his profession but by his knowledge and his seniority.

-Technological level: primitive, good agriculture mastery but has a very little industrial activity.
-Type of society: civilized, democratic, based on counsyl and Citizens meetings.
-Population: Estimate of 10 to 12 million individue.
*Height: ~1.80~1.90m
*Weight: ~80~100Kg and more...
*Karma alignment: Very good
*Current situation: Certain community melange is a human society, on the other maintains a purity in their culture.
--Description:
The Horrikans include a variety of reptile who result of a glacial age and that evolved to colonize the new land. A feature of their appearance is their hair who generally consist of a mixture of feathers and a shaggy fur.
The color of their skin can vary according their habitats and their origins, however, the mixture of populations has created a hybridization phenomenon.
The Horrikan form of tribal societies, who gather together as confederation or clan.
Apart the South Demons, the Horrikans are beings peaceful, quiet and curious, although tribal, their society is highly developed, and their culture is rich. The foundations of their civilization are flexible, which allows at this species to adapt and integrate new ideas to their community.
