Wiggly Animation: How to animate? Help?

So, I have all the frames laid out for a little wiggly thing I want to do, but I don't have flash or anything to animate it with. It's just three frames, please help. I don't know how to do these things...I tried google, but I'm terrible at finding stuff on there.
I know fire alpaca has a thing where you can animate, but I don't think it works on Mac....stupid inferior machine...

Gimp is free too and works cross platform

I had a really really old version on here that needed X11 to run, which a few OS updates ago they got rid of! The new Gimp works just fine though. C:
