I hope my phone lives long enough to write this! But I had such an amazing time and cannot wait for next year. I was extremely blessed to land a Dealer's Den table at the last minute, and it was a huge success. On Thursday Katalist help me set up, and then I got to hang out in hmonroes room and see him create music magic.
Friday I met a lot of old and new friends. I was so busy I could barely draw. For dinner I remember joewolf1973 and I having some pizza together and he taught me about the magic tables that would charge my phone. He also introduced me to an awesome bear tiger named Dustin!
Saturday sales were just as amazing. I accidentally went to go get food DURING the parade, so I said eh, oh well. And taped it. And ran into kanza at that time! Had dinner with a lot of friends, shinypup, Remy, Roman, Furry Trainer, Cillian, Kanza, Tiberius and more! But I had to pack it immediately and run to meet Katalist for the dance competition, but I did get to eat it there! It was weird experience. I got to see many friends dance, including Danny Moon and Xepher! They are so talented! And after that I drew at the bar and had appetizers with Katalist, Kanza, and Riaan.
Sunday I was exhausted, but got to say bye to my amazing friends and new table friend Arikla! Who sat across from me the whole time. I did get to fursuit a tiny bit for closing ceremonies.
The best idea was driving back and forth everyday to save on money, but the worst idea was driving back and forth everyday be a use of losing TIME. I will not do that again next year. It wasn't awful, but eh. I missed the main hotel.
I saw too many friends to name them all, and I never realized how MANY I have and how lucky I am to know you all. This convention really warmed my heart and teaches me what to be grateful for.
