Sorry for the lack of activity. A lot has been going on for the past month or so. I've graduated basic combat training in the Army and now I've moved on to AIT at Fort Huachuca in Arizona. My MOS is 15W which is a UAV Operator. I honestly am unsure of the course work here as I've been hearing a mix of opinions on the level of difficulty. We need to attain an 80 or higher on the testes in order to pass and apparently they changed up the curriculum here and its a little more difficult. I'm confident I'll be able to pass all my tests and move on to my first duty station. I would have started classes in April but I was unable to get my upslip done in time before classes started. I'm on holds until classes start again which wont be until may. Being a hold can be pretty miserable at times, especially when everyone is doing their own things instead of following the rules. I have to say I really don't like a lot of the people here. I might also be here a lot longer then I initially thought. I thought I would get out by the end of July as according to my contract but depending on which UAV I get assigned to I might be here for as long as a year. I really wanted to go to Midwest Furfest this year but I'm not sure I'll be able to. The only leave I can take is during holiday block leave. I'm hoping I can go to Anthrocon next year. I wont be able to go this year so I'm pretty bummed about it. I've gone for hte past three years in a row and this will be the first year I don't go. I have a lot of what I want here, an Xbox, TV and my new gaming laptop. I've also got into contact with someone who can make my next fursuit for my Dutch Angel Dragon Radar. I'm going to be start making payments next month once I've saved up enough. Overall life is going pretty well for me and I cant really complain all to much. The future is looking pretty bright.
