It seems up until today I hadn't made a journal or posted an image in SIX MONTHS?! So here's whats been going on in my life:

Work - All work no play
Around the time of my unintentional hiatus I started a new job, which started off training at other locations around the East Midlands while we prepared for our grand opening in November 2015 so I was spending several hours a day travelling by bus and train to work (which work paid the expenses for!) and I thought that the long hours would be over when we finally opened.
November came and the grand opening began, it felt very weird only having to travel less than 30mins to work unlike the at least 90mins however then my hours shot right up from around 35 to at least 50 each week, spending around 12hours at least everyday at work, it was pretty intense and very hard work, a lot of breaking point stress but we managed to work it out as a team.
Some people quit a long the way so it got progressively harder to cope with the stress when we now had to recruit and train new people. However as a result of that I was promoted to a Team Leader, so im still in the training process of that and my hours on average were around 50hrs a week.
Were still having to recruit and train new people as some just cannot cope in different ways - now ive been chosen to handle all the recruitment e.g. reading CVs, interviewing, work trials and hiring people.
But next week my hours are slowly going down so I might actually be able to do some drawing again!

Personal Life
At the minute my personal life is pretty basic, I see a couple of my best friends once or twice a week but I work every weekend without fail so I dont really get a chance to go to furmeets anymore or go to see friends on the weekends so life is pretty lonely in that respect but I still have my lovely draggy  Danza with me to keep me company, and sane, haha.
Went to Scotiacon in November aswell and had a fantastic time there! I love Scotland, I think its an amazing place and I love seeing all my friends up there. Scotiacon was a very relaxed, close con which I really enjoyed! As the con spaces arent that large you see people more regularly and there was only one bar in the hotel so it was easy to meet people there as pretty much everyone was in there!
Other than that I havent done too much nor have I really gone anywhere! lol. However it's  Danza 's birthday in a few weeks time and I am looking forward to that! Also ConFuzzled in only around 5 weeks away, although I havent't got the con hype yet Im looking forward to it nonetheless!
