Hi, furiends,
I saw The Jungle Book last night and was made very happy. While I love Disney's animated version waybackwhen, I will sincerely say that this new version is a great improvement on that. It's not just about the CGI, either. Unlike the cartoon, they put much more effort into writing this one, and it shows. Better writing, more complex characters, better plotting, better editing, better everything.
They are getting VERY GOOD at blending reality with CGI. When it comes to this aspect of the film, it shows a strong leap forward for Disney.
And, yes, Baloo comes off very well Was a little nervous about Bill Murray doing the voice, but I liked it.
I give this one four paws up hehe.
Go see it. Oh, I saw it in 3D, which was nice, but not really necessary.

this would make the 28th version of the jungle book I will have seen have not seen the new move yet ut from the original with sabu d the animated one which was the 1967 classic one of last walt Disney movies he worked on before he passed, to the anime versions live action versions in almot every variant I even read the books too love them all im kinda a junglebook junkie hehe

Me my mate(oreo) and Romeo (furry son) saw it today as well in 3D not bad .. Id give it 3 out of 5 stars

That's great, I'm glad things are getting a lot better in the animation field, what with new technology arising it would only make sense that the movie be more pleasing to the eye, however no amount of technology can replace the hoooooooman brain for writing the script and putting it all together to make it a pleasant experience for the movie goer, so KUDOS to Disney once again for making all of us furries happy campers. P.S. I still have not seen Zootopia yet, just nobody to go with so I'll see it on Blu Ray in my living room with the dog laying beside me. *sighs heavily* SB.
