What, specifically, is wrong with my artwork? I want constructive criticism. Please, however, don't say "you need to improve", instead, state what specifically I need to improve on.

Nothing too wrong with it, but I can see a few places where you could improve on. I think the faces you draw could use more depth to it, for example https://www.furaffinity.net/view/17489260/ the eyes should get skinnier the closer it is to the side of the head. It will make it look less flat and more 3 dimensional, and another thing is how you draw arms, Most of the time it looks like its not connecting properly. You should practice drawing shoulders.
