You can have as many entries as there are submissions, but only one comment per submission and journal count! Comments only count if they were on things submitted within the raffle period. I.e 1-14th and then 16th-29th/second to last day.

Note: This is for watchers only! You must be following me a week prior to the posting of the draw announcement. If you unfollow after the end of the draw and refollow for another you will not be entered in any draws or contests I hold. I do not appreciate that at all.
Tier System
☼ 1-5 comments = Simple Sketch
☼ 5-15 comments = Simple Lineart
☼ 15-25 comments = Flat Colour
☼ 25-50 comments = Shading + Background
☼ 75-100 comments = Two Tiers of Winners Choice
☼100+ comments = Ref Image
