Saving a cat Life!! Help!

Another friend needs help, bad news never wait to come and surprise us all :/
the cat was SHOT and in the city, so a place where it's also forbidden to shoot! Expecially animals!!!
this is awful, and this beloved owner needs money to help it's cat to survive and it needs surgery but of course it's expensive,
please HELP even with a little donation, SHARE and spred the word
