Hopefully that was all that was stolen and there wasn't too much damage.
they did steal my wallet, canceled all my cards
Hope they catch the person who took your iPad and phone and whatever else they took. I suppose the most you can do is file a police report of the incident and hope for the best.

maybe they'll catch the dude that did it, if other people noticed it happened it's really likely they'll get caught then, best of luck man
If you'd already set up that new iPad maybe you could try and turn on its geo positioning and show the police where it is?
