What he is doing is illegal though but its kind of difficult to enforce without a lot of evidence so far as I know, but it totally falls under harassment etc.
Either way he should be banned if not for the harassment then for the picture whenever a moderator wakes up, heheh.

Well, like I said, it's hard to enforce. The police are hesitant to get involved in things like this, tracking people down through the internet is generally beyond a small town cops technical abilities, or their stations equipment. But if it turns into a prolonged campaign instead of him acting all pissy for one night then vanishing like these sort of things tend to go then its probably best forgotten to avoid the hassle. Because, honestly, this site has like 8 trillion penises on it, true that's a picture but it is nothing we haven't seen before.

And I mentioned that because I saw him posting up there earlier in your journal, where I found the picture. The best thing I've found for harassment situations on the internet is to just ignore it. Don't give people any more ammo once they have something they thing will get under your skin, and they'll get bored and wander off eventually. Just don't let it bother you, right? If you just let it roll off your back while they constantly are enraged then they are expending way more energy than you at this pointless drama which puts you ahead in my books. ; > Its about doing the most with the least.
