I just held a watcher raffle, they can be super fun and bring in watchers :)
It depends on what kind you wanna do!
You could just offer an open raffle to all watchers, and just give a set prize(s)
or you could do something like, "I will pull when I hit -fill in the blank- watchers"

Lots of possibilities!

So you would open up the raffle in a journal. Then you advertise it by writing like free art or something as a photo and posting that like once a day to bring in watchers.

On the journal though, you can either do different tiers of art.
Like for example, "If I hit between 100-125 watchers I will draw a headshot. If I hit between 126-150 I'll draw a fullbody" It can be whatever prizes. With that style, you would just set a date when you would finish the raffle.

The fill in the blank one, you would choose a number you want to reach. Say, 150 watchers, and so you put in the journal that you will end the raffle once you hit 150. People will generally boost your raffle because they want you to pull sooner :)
