Need new graphics card. Pooltoy and maidbot sale?

General
So my graphics card has been giving me a lot of performance issues as of late. It's a 660 with 2gb vram that I cut corners with back when I had to build a new PC from scratch. Now it chugs pretty hard with almost any game released past 2010.
That's why I was debating doing something I haven't done in a while: a sale. I was thinking it could be for pooltoys and the new maidbot theme that I've gotten a lot of positive response from. I'm also gonna try out a special three part sequence rate that I might include in standard comms to make some form of sequence more affordable for you guys.
Anyway, the sale rates are $50 for basic shades and $70 for detailed. You can also get a three part sequence with basic shades for $148. If you're interested you can drop me a note with the usual info. Keep in mind that I won't be taking too many since this is more of a quick detour from my current work.

I want something affordable but also something with some longevity. This seems like one of the better options I'm gonna get.
I'm running 2x980 Ti's in SLI, but I'm wasteful like that

To be expected, Nvidia decided to fuck everyone over with 700 series downwards with firmware updates that make games pretty much unplayable.
now having said that, I have a 960 and it works well.
Oh my. This is news to me, as I am affected by this. Please, do you still have any URLs referencing this news? I would like to read up on this to determine what I need to do to fix my kit.
Admittedly, I could've gone for 720p with everything on the absolute lowest, but I need my fancypants effects. Besides, other than the trouble reading stuff it felt a lot like gaming in the early 90s.
