On a lighter topic, I hope your trip goes well! Safe travels! :3
I rather enjoyed Iggi's feature -- there's a cool blend of fun and foreboding elements at work in this one; hopefully that little tentacle-critter is just a bit friendly/curious, and means no harm...but then, it is in a cage... :'s
Higsby's feature is really nice too -- everything's really crisp and clean, and the colours are a neat mix of cool and bright.. Plus, I know this is all about the paws, but that background looks darn nice, too~ (Especially the record player, wow!)
My favorite this time is wolf-nymph's entry, though -- I've been a HUGE fan of her work for a long while now (lost track of how many years it's been, haha), and it's always a treat to see new work from her. :3 (THAT FUR TEXTURE OMG) Plus, coffee-bending?? How cool is that? :'D
Thank you for the safe travel wishes - should be a fairly routine trip. Just had the Summer tires put back on the Soul on Thursday, so smoother ride and better gas-mileage than the winters too.
Iggi's work is always a pleasure - she's so good at perspective and working in multiple elements of a picture, and better still, doing it to the wishes of the client. Knowing AlphaZion, that little creature is just a tickle-fan. :P
Higsby always has such clean cell shading work - I loved the record player too! Great stuff. So wish I had one. XD
Wolf-Nymph has long been super impressive with dynamic action poses and crazy fur work. Agreed though - coffee-bending is AWESOME. Like... SO many times that would have come in mega handy for cooling off overly hot coffees. XD Also just a darned creative idea!
Okay... watching today's world reminds me every day how fast life can be over, so... >__>
But now to the pawsss, and YES, I agree on the Most Pawesome Pic here, as this one shows how enjoyable footplay can be for everyone involved. Plus: I love the cheetah's shorts with all those hearts all over it. How couldn't you LOVE those shorts? XD Though Chibi-Marrow's piece is damna wesome too. A very, very close second!
Cari's puppy paws! is fabulous, too. Such nice, soft and pillowy paws!
Flynx's pic for goldenrod is very nice as well with that positive and energetic atmosphere.
Then we have Modem's Friske Crisps. Massive feet, and here I hafe to say that those toe rings actually look good and fitting. Plus the green feet pic has soemthing very special to it, very nice four-toed anthro feet here.
Teaselbone again proved that he is simply able to draw everyone and everything, and this Scooby would simply show off his feet in order to attract curious ghosts'n goblins. : D
Speaking of Teaselbone... I love how that raptor in Kabier's pic shows off the foot in the right shot so teasingly. ://3
And coolhater's Toshibaa pic... OMG, those soles would be the best pillows ever!
Excellent points on all the pictures - definitely agree with you on all, especially with Chibi's being the close second. That was a tricky call!
Neat that you commented on Coolhater's pic of Toshibaa - don't think anyone's commented on the real human ones before. There are some more of her in his gallery too. But yeah, THAT pose in particular was just, WOW. It was in sharp focus, huge size, and yep - I was thinking "What perfect pillows!" as soon as I saw that too. She's got really nice soles and toes. Hope there are going to be some more of her in the gallery soon.
Most Pawesome.... mmmf goodness yes. <3 Definitely a fan of that paw worship comic by TheTiedTigress too... not that this should surprise ya. ;)
Vallhund's space dragon dog critter is neat! A very cool mix, even though when I saw 'dragon dog' in the description I got hopeful it was you. ;D
What a cool character feature. :) I'm always really blown away by characters with such a rich backstory and world, and I'm such a sucker for a good sci-fi setting like that.
Yar - was cool to get Sadjet to do the feature. I've quizzed him before about Jet, and the crazy (and awesome) thing is that there is WAY MORE detail than what he's provided here! Like... literally PAGES of info on their world, their culture - right down to how the sidewalks employ special bio-gels to keep their paws healthy. Seriously... if you're ever curious, just ask him - he can keep you enthralled for hours with details on Jet's world. :)
