Possible Commisions in the near future!!

Good news, good news!
I got the security fixed on my PayPal, so my account is active one more, and free from "lock down." haha
Now I think I just have a few more things to do before I open commissions. I don't know if they need to be done, but...
(I need to link a card, witch is odd. I have a savings account, and an ATM card, so it wont let me link it. :/
(And i'm not quite sure on receiving, and making payments. But i'm sure i'll figure this out quick. :D
So keep an eye out! Sooner or later i'll get this done! XD
