internet troubles, surely is a virus

can`t open around 70% of my usual pages, and the company says that doesn`t have any trouble. i am writing this with my portable modem, that works fine just a few mins by day, so definitly my prescence here will be reduced a lot until got a solution , i work morning and evening...
the company will send technicians soon to check what happened here, but "soon" could be 3 days. and if IS a virus, will b not a solution

Tried booting the computer up in safemode with networking? If you can do more in that then standard mode it is very likely a virus infecting your files somewhere.

Check the computer with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

apparently was a modem trouble, i unplugged and disconeccted all, and now is working fine
