Night Work

So I've got a job and I've had it for a while and its a night job. I sleep during the day and work at night. I haven't been able to cook anything properly. It really sucks. My day is wasted by sleep. I wish I had a day job so I can get back to posting awesome recipes. The job is why i haven't posted anything in a really long time.
Thank you for anyone who followed me while I wasn't posting anything.
I'm going to try to post more and hopefully find a job that will be easier on my cooking time and school time.

Nothing wrong with having supper at 8 AM, if that's what your sleep and wake schedule calls out for. Nor for having "breakfast" after the sun goes down. Now, finding a restaurant that will serve that way can get a bit challenging at times. But certainly no reason why you have to wait for daylight, or a certain time of day to cook.
And, heck, having a messed-up sleep schedule because of that night shift, can skew one's outlook enough to come up with some very creative (and sometimes, right out weird) ideas that translate well to cooking.
Good luck! And this wuff is going to keep on watching! *hugs*
