Another cry for help

Hi again, I'm still doing emergency commissions and such but now it's even more desperate.
I am going to need major dental surgery and it's going to cost me at base 14,000 dollars
even paying the minimum plan it's going to take me five years to finish paying and the total price of THAT is 21,000 dollars.
I don't want to be in debt till I'm almost 30.
