ya just thought i'd make a note that these are almost always open, price is highly dependent on what you want but for on-base like the clothing adopts i've been doing, usually a minimum of $35 with no base customization. with base customization, depending on how much i have to customize, could be anywhere from an added $5-$20.
$5 if i only really have to do a basic face and hands, no hair or anything showing, $20 for drastic base edits such as a big species change, adding large wings, etc. ears/tails/features like that will generally fall in the middle.
if you want a full custom character, and don't have a character to put the clothes in, i can do that too. base price for that will be $15 and up.

for commissions, i can do different body types on my base if i know about them beforehand. i can alter my base for different silhouettes (and i already have a generic female human one i've made) so feel free to request closed species, etc.
on-base stuff looks like this:

and is usually loose-painted style like most of those, unless you specifically request it to be flat colored.
i also do off-base stuff, but these tend to be more expensive as they're much more work.
