Can't access FA at home

That's pretty weird, I can access the site in the cell phone but at home, at work and at my girlfriend's home I get an 522 error from CloudFlare. All connections are by the same company, but they are miles apart each other...

Sao Paulo. My ISP is Vivo/Telefonica. The cell phone connection is by another company.
Probably your ISP blocking access for some reason, especially if you're getting out over your phone. You can always tether your computer to your phone.
