Surprisingly often I get asked what the stripy arm&leg warmer things are, that Garr wears; and why she wears them ALL the time.
Do they cover up obscene tattoos?
Do they hide evidence of shameful avian heritage?
Are they just housing for for elaborate cyborg libs?

I think they are there to hide the fact the arms and legs are striped and the warmers are just see through to hide this mismatched shame.

Whatever works for you Garr-Sama. I mean, it is your character and your image. If you wanna wear these thing all the time, go for it. However, if it is something interesting, sure, I would not mine knowing a little bit more about the wonderful Garr.
