I would support your art whether it was SFW or NSFW. Though I don't see why you can't post here unless there was a reason you couldn't but I would follow and support whatever you do in this regard n_n

I'd just create 2 folders, one NSFW and one SFW. No need for an extra account.

Sounds like something that would only make managing your accounts more difficult. Checking notes and comments on two accounts. I would go for two folders instead.
