Well talk yourself threw it. Start with what you absolutely know and then slowly work towards your area of confussion.

but, my parents talked with me about that. and know they think im sexually confused, and i dont know anymore if im really confused or not.

Try taking the kinsey scale test. What people dont understand is you arent 100% gay, or %100 straight. Most of us fall somewhere in the middle. Taking that test may force you to ask yourself questions you hadnt though of before, and help you figure out whats best for you. And you dont have to have sex with someone to be attracted to them that way. You have to trust your heart and maybe not worry ao much about the label and more about how different people make you feel.

I don't think this is the test he is referring ( I found the one you did I think ) ... life can't be all true or false , black and white , bad or good ... the shades of grey exists for this reason ...

If you like both girls and guys , if you find both attractive , if you have feelings for both , if you have fantasies with both , if you wants both in the same way then you are bi ... there is nothing to think ... and if instead you think that you prefer guys or girls does it change anything ? I don't think so . Nothing will change you will always be the same : yourself .
So don't feel confused ... you will eventually understand your feelings better with time .
Don't try to rush only because the words of your parents are upsetting you ... one day everything will be clear for you so don't feel worried ... don't let others make you doubt about yourself .
