has been one of my best friends since I was at least 14 years old. We've talked, role played, goofed off with one another: the works. If I lived next door to her I'd probably be badgering her even now for coffee and silliness in general. Now, however, she has a problem.

A serious problem.

My friend is suffering from a tooth infection. Now most people would say have it pulled, but it costs $350. She doesn't have that kind of cash right now, and if she does not get it taken out ASAP it can lead to further infection in her jaw which could progress to heart failure. In other words it's not good.
